What we collect
If you use our contact form, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, a topic, and your message. We also keep a record of the exact consent statements you agreed to, together with your IP address and a UTC timestamp — this exists to honor and prove your consent choices, nothing else. You receive an email copy of your submission.
This website has no user accounts and no comment system. It collects no health information — please do not include medical details in the contact form; anything clinical belongs in your consultation, where it is handled properly.
