Terms & Conditions
Last updated —
These terms govern your use of this website. The short version: the site is information, not treatment — and we ask you to use it thoughtfully.
Information, not advice
Everything on this site — treatment descriptions, journal articles, answers to common questions — is educational. It is not medical advice, and reading it does not create a practitioner–client relationship. Decisions about your skin are made the only place they should be: in consultation, face to face.
Scope of practice
Éclore Aesthetics provides esthetic services under Oregon esthetics licensure. Every treatment described on this site is offered within that scope.
Appointments
Treatments are provided by appointment, and every relationship begins with a consultation. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
Our content
The text, design, photography, and brand on this site belong to Éclore Aesthetics. You are welcome to read, share links, and quote briefly with attribution; republishing or scraping our content requires our written permission.
Third-party links
We link to product and device brands we trust, in good faith. Their sites are their own — their terms and privacy policies apply there.
No warranties; limitation of liability
We work to keep this site accurate and current, and provide it “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Éclore Aesthetics is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content — the site informs; the consultation decides.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
